Week 1: The Body Detox 

We spend the first 7 days unburdening the body with clean, simple,
plant-based meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We will also address toxins found in your food and kitchen items.

Week 2: The Mindset Detox

I designed this 14-day experience to free you from the biggest stressors that diminish well-being: inflammatory foods, inflammatory products, and inflammatory thoughts and routines.

As a Certified Nutrition Specialist with a Master's degree in Functional Nutrition, I bring a science-based approach to the detox process that ensures it’s safe and effective. Not to mention as a fellow busy lady doing all the things, I’ve built this program to easily fit into your life.

It’s something I wish existed when my health issues and confusion about how to be well were at their peak. Embracing these eating habits, these routines, and these self-care practices has empowered me to heal from years of digestion issues, acne, weight gain, hormone imbalance and more.

When does the Vegan Detox open?
The detox will begin enrollment in January 2020.

How much time will this detox take me each day?
Depending on how much food prep you do on the weekend, you'll be spending about 30-45 minutes a day on meals. In week 2 you'll set aside about 15 minutes a day for mindset work.

Can I do this detox with a family to cook for as well? 
Many of the recipes can be made to cater to families (depending on what they currently eat now) but this detox is really all about you. Prioritize YOURSELF for these 14 days to make sure you're healthy so that you can fully support your family in the long run.

Can I exercise during the program?
You sure can! During some parts of the program you'll want to do more gentle exercise but it's all outlined in the materials. 

Do I need to already be vegan/plant-based to do this detox?  
No, you don't have to already be vegan to do this program. This detox is for anyone wanting a clean, plant-based way to detox their body.

Will I lose weight during the detox?
While this detox does not offer a lose-weight-quick fix, almost everyone that has gone through the program have lost weight.   

Do you recommend any supplements to take when doing this detox? 
Yes, adding in some extra nutrients to support detoxification can be very beneficial. Once you purchase the detox, I'll share some products that I recommend adding to your daily routine.

Can I do this detox if I live outside the US? 
Yes, since this an online program, you can do this from anywhere in the world!

I was a bit hesitant to try this detox, only because I wasn’t sure if it would fit into my schedule and work with a family of 5. But Mary Ellen was so helpful by providing recipes and materials that I found it was totally possible! What’s more is that my kids enjoyed many of her recipes.
