When does the Vegan Detox start?
Doors close September 22nd, 2019 at 11:59pm and the detox itself starts September 30th, 2019. Everything you need will be sent to you in an email beforehand for optimal success.
How much time will this detox take me each day?
Depending on how much food prep you do on the weekend, you'll be spending about 30-45 minutes a day on meals. Starting in week 2 you'll set aside about 15 minutes a day for mindset work.
Can I do this detox with a family to cook for as well?
Many of the recipes can be made to cater to families (depending on what they currently eat now) but this detox is really all about you. Prioritize yourself for these 21 days to make sure you're healthy so that you're helping your kids in the long run.
Can I exercise during the program?
You sure can! During some parts of the program you'll want to do more gentle exercise but it's all outlined in the materials.
Do I need to already be vegan/plant-based to do this detox?
No, you don't have to already be vegan to do this program. This detox is for anyone wanting a clean, plant-based way to detox their body.
Will I lose weight during the detox?
The goal of this detox is not weight loss, it's to improve your health, however, you might lose some weight during this program.
Do you recommend any supplements to take when doing this detox?
Yes, adding in some extra nutrients to support detoxification can be very beneficial. Once you purchase the detox, I'll share some products that I recommend and that you can purchase.
Can I do this detox if I live outside the US?
Yes, since this a digital program, you can do this from anywhere in the world! All Facebook calls will be in EST but will be recorded for those that cannot make it live.
