Hey, there. I’m Mary Ellen Valverde, Vegan Nutrition Specialist & Mindset Coach.

I specialize in helping women with big hearts and bursting-at-the-seams schedules detoxify from years of perpetual stress, find their rhythm with vegan living, and start healing their bodies.

By uniting my passion for plants and mindfulness with my Master’s in Functional Nutrition, I offer a completely holistic and science-based approach to designing your healthiest life.

Here’s what I’ve discovered after healing from chronic illness after two decades AND studying with the very best in the realm of functional nutrition:

 True wellness requires us to not only unburden the body, but to also unburden the mind. Because how we think impacts how we treat our most precious commodity: the skin we live in.

 Trying to simply address food choices is only one piece of the puzzle. We also have to take a look at all of who you are—so that we can make sustainable, lifelong changes that result in elevated wellbeing.

 That’s why my methodology integrates the detoxification of body and mind leveraging the power of plants and the power of stress relief.

How Do we Get You There?

This is a 6-week experience designed to identify what stands in the way of your highest state of wellbeing, integrate a true plant-based lifestyle into your daily routine, and begin the powerful process of unburdening both the body and mind.

Unburdening the Body—leveraging the power of proper detoxification through diet and supplementation.

Unburdening the Mind—leveraging the power of stress relieving techniques to quiet frenzied energy and reinstate calm.

The Experience

Over the course of 6 weeks you’ll receive:

• One (1) 90-minute initial call
• Five (5) 30-minute check-ins starting consecutively after first session
• Weekly email/Voxer support (Monday-Friday 8am-4pm EST)*
• Diet & Nutrition Analysis (via Cronometer)
• Personalized nutrition & lifestyle plan based on our conversation and your health history
• Access to discounted professional-grade supplements
• Follow-up materials such as:
     o Plant-Based Food Plan
     o Healthy & Tasty Vegan Recipes
     o Other specific resources that we discuss in our session
